K3 Licensing training ( Labour Law )

In compliance with the Manpower act, companies with 50 or more employees should undertake training for their staff. At Kantor Kita,we will deliver a wide range of training needs, some of which offer dual qualifications with Australian and Indonesian certification.

Examples are Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), such as working at heights, working in confined spaces, the correct usage of machinery, in addition to hygiene and security. Workplace injury and disease impacts heavily on the human and financial resources of employers.

Apart from the fact that it is every employer’s legal obligation to provide a healthy and safe workplace, it also makes good business sense to effectively manage health and safety hazards. Managers and employees will be trained to recognise and acknowledge their respective responsibilities and accountability for occupational health and safety.
